鐵騎力士以一核（川渝區）三極（東北、長三角、大灣區）布局全國，現設兩大事業群，分別是：ABG（農牧事業群）——飼料產業、蛋雞養殖產業 、生豬養殖產業；CBG（消費事業群）——面向消費端，包含圣迪樂（蛋品）、食品產業、新興業務（電商新零售）。

圣迪樂村專注于高品質雞蛋的生產和銷售，率先在蛋品行業自建全產業鏈，以“品牌+規模+標準”的模式，建立從種雞、食糧、養殖、生產、可追溯的雞蛋營養價值數據庫，集成了種雞、商品蛋雞高效和減排營養模式，以及食糧配制技術，更好利用土地資源，實現環境友好。目前，我們在全國10個多省（市）建有21家分（子）公司，17個養殖基地，蛋雞養殖規模逾1300萬只，在中國，每年至少有5億家庭與圣迪樂村共創雞蛋美食體驗。自成立以來，圣迪樂村先后成為G20、亞信峰會、博鰲論壇、達沃斯論壇、廈門金磚國家領導人會晤、軍運會等重大國際活動的蛋品供應商。2020年，圣迪樂村榮獲國際風味美食評鑒所（IQTi）頒發的“頂級美味獎章”，也再次證明了圣迪樂村雞蛋的口感和風味。

食品產業以公司豬、雞、鴨三大產業鏈為保障，全力打造高品質食品品牌。目前在四川、黑龍江、福建等地建有20余家食品精深加工企業。旗下擁有楓葉牧場、土門趙鴨子、道臺府、鐵康等多個食品品牌，生鮮食品、佐餐熟食、休閑零食等數十個系列產品暢銷全國，并出口美國、加拿大、日本、歐盟、澳大利亞及東南亞等二十多個國家和地區。

飼料產業是鐵騎力士全產業鏈發展的基礎保障，是“中國飼料行業十大領軍企業”，在全國建有30余家飼料分（子）公司，年生產能力400萬噸，是國內規模養殖企業優選飼料品牌，也為集團在全國所建立的60余個現代化養殖基地提供優質飼糧。

生豬產業集育種、繁育、養殖、屠宰、加工到品牌銷售為一體。在四川、黑龍江、貴州、云南等地建有30余個現代化生豬繁育養殖基地，年可提供優質商品豬300萬頭；擁有農業部首批國家生豬核心育種場及60余年豐富的育種管理經驗，與國際知名育種公司開展國際聯合育種，擁有“天府肉豬”、“川藏黑豬”兩大生豬配套系新品種，被稱為川豬振興的“兩大芯片”，并牽頭制定“天府肉豬”行業標準。

新興業務事業部是公司最年輕的事業部，整合全產業鏈的產品及供應鏈資源，鏈接全球技術、人才、品牌及商業模式，建立公司新零售T+業務，通過精細化運營對現有電商不斷賦能，并為各事業部孵化新電商，建立鐵騎力士自有品牌+產品矩陣。

公司技術中心——馮光德實驗室以技術帶頭人馮光德命名，為國家認定企業技術中心、國家認可測試中心，同時是承擔國家現代生豬、蛋雞、水禽三大產業技術體系綜合試驗站的企業；先后榮獲國家科技進步獎3項、部省級科技進步獎33項，授權專利125項，參與國家重點研發項目4項，承擔省部級科技項目74項；參與制定國家標準3項、行業標準3項，地方標準1項，團體標準23項。實驗室還與中國農科院、中國農業大學、四川農業大學、四川大學等共建有院士（專家）工作站、博士工作站、研究院、聯合實驗室等高校產學研合作平臺。

2020年，鐵騎力士正式啟動533數字化變革項目，通過建設研發、營銷、供應鏈、財務、人力資源五大平臺，推行產業鏈協同、全價值鏈拉通、經營透明三大變革，實現一個鐵騎、一個夢想、一個體系的目標，讓鐵騎力士成為一家數字科技+消費的企業。

Founded in 1992, Techlex has developed from a single feed processing business to a modern agriculture and animal husbandry food enterprise integrating feed, animal husbandry, food and bio-engineering over the past 32 years, with more than 150 branches (subsidiaries) nationwide. Techlex is recognized as a National Key Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization; It has received many honors including the “National Model Collective for National Unity and Progress”, “National Advanced Collective for Poverty Alleviation”, “Top 100 Enterprises in National Agricultural Products Processing Industry”, “Nationally Recognized Enterprise Technology Center” etc.

With one core (Sichuan and Chongqing) , Techlex is now laying out the whole country through the Northeast, Yangtze River Delta and the Great Bay Area, and now it has two major business groups:

lABG (Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Business Group) - feed industry, egg-laying chicken breeding industry and pig breeding industry;

lCBG (Consumer Business Group). For the consumer side, including Sundial (egg products), food industry, and new business (e-commerce and new retail).

Sundaily focuses on the production and sale of high-quality eggs and takes the lead in the egg industry by building its own whole industry chain. Under the model of “brand + scale + standard”, it establishes a database on the nutritional value of eggs from the breeder, food, breeding, production and traceability, and integrates high-efficiency and emission-reducing nutritional modes for breeder and commercial egg-laying hens and food preparation technology for better utilization of land resources and environmental friendliness. We have integrated efficient and emission-reducing nutritional models for breeders and commercial laying hens, as well as food preparation technologies to make better use of land resources and achieve environmental friendliness. Currently, we have 21 branches (subsidiaries) and 17 breeding bases in more than 10 provinces (municipalities), with an egg farming scale of more than 13 million hens, and at least 500 million families in China become loyal customers of the Sundaliy Village every year. Since its establishment, Sundaily has been the egg supplier for major international events such as the G20, Asia Trust Summit etc. In 2020, Sundaily was awarded the “Top Taste Medal” by IQTi.

The food industry is guaranteed by the company's three major industrial chains of pigs, chickens and ducks, and it makes every effort to build a high-quality food brand. More than 20 food-deep processing enterprises exist in Sichuan, Heilongjiang, Fujian and other provinces. Techlex owns many food brands such as Maple Leaf Ranch, Tumen Zhao Duck, Daotaifu, Tiekang, etc. Products such as fresh food, cooked food with meals, and snacks are sold well throughout the country and exported to more than 20 countries and regions such as the U.S.A., Canada, Japan, the European Union, Australia, and Southeast Asia.

The feed industry is the main product of Techlex, which is the basic guarantee for the development of the whole industrial chain. Techlex is one of the “Top Ten Leading Enterprises in China's Feed Industry”, and has more than 30 feed branches (subsidiaries) across the country, with an annual production capacity of 4 million tons, which is the preferred brand of feed for domestic large-scale aquaculture enterprises and provides high-quality feed for the 60 modernized breeding bases set up by the Techlex Group across the country.

The Pig industry integrates breeding, breeding, farming, slaughtering, processing and brand sales. The company has established over 30 modern pig breeding and farming bases in Sichuan, Heilongjiang, Guizhou, Yunnan and other places, which can provide 3 million high-quality commercial pigs annually; It owns the first batch of national core breeding farms recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture and has more than 60 years of rich breeding management experience and carries out international joint breeding with international famous breeding companies.The company collaborates with internationally renowned breeding companies for global joint breeding efforts and has developed two new pig breeds, "Tianfu Meat Pig" and "Sichuan-Tibet Black Pig," which are considered the "two key factors" in the revitalization of Sichuan pigs. The company also took the lead in setting the industry standard for "Tianfu Meat Pig".

The New Business Division is the youngest department of the company, integrating the product and supply chain resources of the whole industry chain, linking global technology, talents, brands and business models, establishing the company's new retail T+ business, empowering the existing e-commerce companies through refined operation, incubating new e-commerce companies for each division, and establishing Techlex's own brands and products.

The company's technology center--Feng Guangde Laboratory, named after the technology leader Feng Guangde, is a state-recognized enterprise technology center, a nationally recognized testing center, and an enterprise that undertakes the comprehensive experiment station of three major industrial technology systems of the state, namely, modern hogs, egg-laying hens, and waterfowls; it has been awarded with 3 national scientific and technological progress prizes, and 33 scientific and technological progress prizes at the ministerial and provincial levels. The laboratory has won 3 national scientific and technological progress awards, 33 ministerial and provincial scientific and technological progress awards, 125 authorized patents, participated in 4 national key research and development projects, and undertaken 74 provincial and ministerial scientific and technological projects; it has participated in the formulation of 3 national standards, 3 industry standards, 1 local standard, and 23 group standards. The laboratory also with the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, China Agricultural University, Sichuan Agricultural University, Sichuan University and so on has academician (expert) workstations, doctoral workstations, research institutes, joint laboratories and other universities, production, learning and research cooperation platform.

In 2020, Techlex officially launched the 533 Transformation Project. By building five major platforms—R&D, marketing, supply chain, finance, and human resources —the project aims to implement three transformative goals: industry chain collaboration, full value chain integration, and operational transparency. The objective is to achieve "One Techlex, One Dream, One System," positioning Techlex as a digital technology + consumer enterprise.
